Thou fair example of our rising youth
Of Modeƒty, of Wiƒdom, Prudence, Truth
In joys sedate, in sufferings much compoƒ'd
Serene through life & peaceful when it closed
Of Softess manners and a virtuous mind
Courteous to all, benevolent and kind
Go live with God, who calls thee hence away
Go reign with him in everlaƒting day
Yet take our tears, Mortalities relief
Until we share your joys forgive our grief
These rites, this Monument, this ???, receive
Tis all a Huƒband, all a Friend can give.
