Samuel Gardner was "Admitted to the freedome of this Colony" in Boston Massachusetts on 12th May 1675. 36" Samuel Gardner had a dispute over property with John Pudney about the ownership of "Gardiner's Hill", who had tried to bury his child there. William Trask testified that it was the Town of Salem's property, in use as a burial ground for several years, and that Samuel Gardner wanted to be buried there himself which was the reason for his protest. 36" He was involved in another dispute with John Pudney in Nov. 1677. John was to pay 11 li. per year, two barrels of cider, cords of wood, butter, cheese, pork and corn for the use of Samuel's deceased brother Thomas' farm and 20 acres. 36" Copyright © 2001 - 2005, Jenn Marcelais. a Soul Oyster Web Studios production.
