True Farm Cemetery is located on Lafayette Road (Route 1) in Salisbury Massachusetts. There are currently 33 completed entries. See it's location and get directions at Yahoo Maps. Cemetery Status: Good condition. Landscaping is well kept for the most part. Several stones are broken and in need of repair.
