The P.A. True Farm Cemetery is located on Lafayette Road (Route 1) in Salisbury Massachusetts. There are currently 33 completed entries. See it's location and get directions at Yahoo Maps.

Cemetery Status: Good condition. Landscaping is well kept for the most part. Several stones are broken and in need of repair.
